The following constitutes Fish and Game District 7: The ocean waters and tidelands of the State to high-water mark between a line extending due west from the west end of the north jetty at the entrance of Humboldt Bay and the southern boundary of Mendocino County, excluding the ocean waters between the north and south jetties at the entrance of Humboldt Bay from the westerly end of each of said jetties in the Pacific Ocean to their respective aprons on the shores of Humboldt Bay, and also excluding all sloughs, streams, and lagoons.
