The following constitutes Fish and Game District 6: The ocean waters and tidelands of the State to the high-water mark lying between the northern boundary of this State and a line extending due west from the west end of the north jetty at the entrance of Humboldt Bay, excluding all sloughs, streams, and lagoons.
