Every label which is required by this article shall be in letters of a size or boldness as to be legible by the purchaser or consumer. If the available space on any cap, bottle, or container for such labeling is not sufficient for the full name of the distributor, a sufficient portion of the distributorâs name which clearly identifies such distributor may be used in lieu of the entire distributorâs name.
