Every container in which skim milk, nonfat milk, or fat-free milk is sold shall be plainly and conspicuously labeled with all of the following: (a) The words “skim milk,” “nonfat milk,” or “fat-free milk.” (b) The word “raw” or “pasteurized,” as the case may be. (c) The grade or class of the milk. (d) The name and address of the distributor.
