Retirement allowances payable pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 24106 shall be reduced by an amount equal to the unmodified benefits paid or payable under a workersâ compensation program for the same impairment or impairments that qualify the member for a disability retirement allowance under this part. For purposes of this section, unmodified benefits are limited to benefits for temporary disability, permanent disability, and for vocational rehabilitation paid or payable under the Workersâ Compensation Act.
