For purposes of this article, âclubâ also means any nonprofit social luncheon club which is composed entirely of active and retired professional men and businessmen, which holds regular meetings and has regular annual membership dues in excess of two hundred dollars ($200), which owns, leases, operates or maintains such establishment for the serving of regular meals to its members and their guests.
