For the purposes of this article, âclubâ also means any parlor of the American Citizens Club in existence on the effective date of this chapter which the club has as the owner, lessee, or occupant thereof operated as an establishment for fraternal purposes and in which alcoholic beverages are sold only to members of the club whose membership dues in the club have been paid.
