Nothing in Sections 23368 and 23369 prohibits the issuance of a distilled spirits manufacturerâs agentâs license to any person who is engaged in the bottling of distilled spirits owned solely by other manufacturerâs agents, rectifiers, wholesalers, or manufacturers.
