In order to qualify for a rectifierâs license, a person shall actually be engaged at the time the license is issued or renewed, or within 30 days thereafter, in the bottling of distilled spirits owned by him. The distilled spirits owned by him shall comprise at least 50 percent of the total distilled spirits bottled by him.
