Whenever any reference is made in any provision of this code to the âDispensing Opticians Fund,â it means the Optometry Fund. All moneys within the Dispensing Opticians Fund shall be deposited into the Optometry Fund by July 1, 2022. On July 1, 2022, the Dispensing Opticians Fund shall be abolished.
