Whenever any reference is made in any provision of this code to the âState Dental Assistant Fund,â it means the State Dentistry Fund. All moneys within the State Dental Assistant Fund shall be deposited into the State Dentistry Fund by July 1, 2022. On July 1, 2022, the State Dental Assistant Fund shall be abolished.
