Documentation for long-term care or residential care facility residents

(a) The documentation required to be submitted by a person who is a resident of a long-term care facility or residential care facility licensed by the state under this chapter shall be standardized. (b) The Secretary of State's office shall develop, adopt, and make available a standardized form to satisfy the requirements under law concerning the documentation under subsection (a) of this section. Added by Act 2017, No. 1014,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
