Election commissioners

(a) A member of the State Board of Election Commissioners or a county board of election commissioners shall not serve as a poll worker or a poll watcher on behalf of an individual candidate, political party, or ballot initiative. (b) A person shall not simultaneously serve on the State Board of Election Commissioners and a county board of election commissioners. Added by Act 2017, No. 1014,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
