Arkansas Code § 6-82-2301

Eligible nursing students

A nursing student who is attending an accredited nursing institution to become one (1) of the following is eligible for the Nursing/Direct Care Education Stipend Program: (1) An Advanced Practice Nurse; (2) A registered or licensed practical nurse; (3) A certified nursing assistant; or (4) A behavioral health aide. Added by Act 2023, No. 492,§ 12, eff. 7/1/2023.
