Dyslexia and related disorder education in teacher preparation programs

The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall collaborate with the Division of Higher Education to ensure that all teacher education programs offered at state-supported institutions of higher education provide dyslexia professional awareness of the: (1) Characteristics of dyslexia; and (2) Evidence-based interventions and accommodations for dyslexia.
