(a) The State Insurance Department shall administer the Public School Motor Vehicle Insurance Program. (b) The department is authorized to delegate to the Administrator of the Risk Management Division and staff such responsibilities as are deemed necessary in connection with the administration of this subchapter. (c) The department shall report annually to the Governor and the General Assembly on the status of the program, including a detailed statement of investments and earnings.
