Gaming devices - Financial interest

(a) It is unlawful for any person in any way, either directly or indirectly, to be: (1) Interested or concerned in any gaming prohibited by § 5-66-104 , either by furnishing money or another article for the purpose of carrying on gaming; or (2) Interested in the loss or gain of gaming prohibited by § 5-66-104 . (b) Upon conviction, a person who violates this section is guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and may be imprisoned any length of time not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year.
