Destruction and sale of still

(a) The court, upon conviction of any defendant for illegal manufacture or sale or gift of intoxicating alcoholic liquors, shall order the destruction of any illicit stills or apparatus designed for the manufacture of intoxicating liquor belonging to or under the control of the defendant. (b) The court may order the copper or other property sold. (c) The proceeds of the sale shall be paid to the county treasurer of the county for the benefit of the road fund.
