Seizure and forfeiture of vehicles

(a) All vehicles or vessels used in the transportation or storage of any illicitly distilled spirituous, vinous, or malt liquor or any illicit still, still worm, or other apparatus designed for the unlawful manufacture of spirituous, vinous, or malt liquor shall be seized and forfeited and shall be sold by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division at public auction or to state agencies desiring to purchase the vehicles or vessels. (b) All proceeds derived from the sale of the seized and forfeited vehicles or vessels shall be special revenues and shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Public School Fund.
