(a) The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration and shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary. (b) All enforcement personnel of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division shall be named by the director. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3300, eff. 7/1/2019.
