Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200). Acts 1951, No. 182, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-639.1.
