(a) Administrative support shall be provided by the Arkansas Department of Transportation. (b) The department shall employ such personnel as may be necessary to perform adequately the functions of the Arkansas Public Transportation Coordination Council within the limitations of the department's annual appropriations act. (c) The department may utilize any state-appropriated funds or federal funds available for such purposes. Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 321, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 1993, No. 353, § 5.
