(a) The driver's instruction manual issued by the Division of Arkansas State Police and the examination for a driver's license shall include information related to traffic stop safety guidelines for drivers and passengers developed by the division. (b) The division may determine the most effective means to disseminate information regarding traffic stop safety guidelines, including without limitation posting information on the website of the division.
