Instruction on accessible parking for persons with disabilities

(a) The driver's instruction manual issued by the Division of Arkansas State Police shall include information related to accessible parking for a person with a disability, including without limitation: (1) The importance of accessible parking for a person with a disability; and (2) The penalties for the unauthorized use of parking designated for the exclusive use of a person with a disability. (b) The division may coordinate with the Arkansas Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities in developing information to include in the manual. Acts 2007, No. 753, § 6.
