(a) There shall be paid a fee of ninety-eight dollars ($98.00) for a manufacturers' master license plate and a fee of thirteen dollars ($13.00) for each additional manufacturers' extra plate. (b) The fees for the manufacturers' master license plate and manufacturers' extra license plates provided for in this section shall not be reduced during the calendar year.
