(a) It shall be unlawful to use the Senate and House Chambers of the State Capitol Building for any purpose except activities which are necessary for the operation of state government. (b) As used in this section, "activities" means those which the State of Arkansas controls and finances for all purposes. Acts 1939, No. 67, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-205.
