Title transfer - Consideration - Costs

(a) No consideration shall be required for the transfer of title between the Commissioner of State Lands and the applicant, except one dollar ($1.00). (b) Additional, actual costs associated with the conveyance, including, but not limited to, abstracting, researching, confirmation of title, and the filing of documents with the county, may be charged to the applicant by the Commissioner of State Lands.
