Liberal construction - Act supplemental

(a) This subchapter shall be liberally construed. (b) The enumeration of any object, purpose, power, manner, method, and thing shall not be deemed to exclude like or similar objects, purposes, powers, manners, methods, or things. (c) Furthermore, this subchapter shall be construed as being supplementary to any existing purposes and powers authorized to be accomplished and performed by the Board of Developmental Disabilities Services and by the human development centers.
