(a) Any person or company violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (b) Upon conviction, the person or company shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned in the county jail not more than thirty (30) days, or both fined and imprisoned.
