(a) A notice of regular and special meetings shall be mailed to members of the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities not less than ten (10) days in advance. An agenda for the meeting shall accompany the notice of meeting. (b) A quorum shall consist of not less than one-third (1/3) of the membership plus one (1) additional member. (c) The conduct of all meetings shall be governed by Robert's Rules of Order, Revised, unless a majority of those attending vote to lay rules aside for a particular meeting.
