(a) The Chair of the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities shall be appointed biennially by the Governor and serve at the pleasure of the Governor. (b) The chair is empowered to select from the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities membership a vice chair should such a position be desirable. (c) The chair, or in his or her absence the Vice Chair of the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities, shall exercise general supervision of all commission affairs. (d) The chair shall preside over all meetings of the commission, appoint subcommittees and chairs, and serve as an ex officio member of all subcommittees.
