Arkansas Child Passenger Protection Fund

The Arkansas Child Passenger Protection Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(67) and other moneys that may be appropriated, allocated, or donated to the fund, there to be used by the Arkansas Highway Safety Program for the purchase of child passenger safety seats as set out in the Child Passenger Protection Act, § 27-34-101 et seq. Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1985, No. 65, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
The Arkansas Child Passenger Protection Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(67) and other moneys that may be appropriated, allocated, or donated to the fund, there to be used by the Arkansas Highway Safety Program for the purchase of child passenger safety seats as set out in the Child Passenger Protection Act, § 27-34-101 et seq.
