County Clerks Continuing Education Fund and the Circuit Clerks Continuing Education Fund

The County Clerks Continuing Education Fund and the Circuit Clerks Continuing Education Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (119), there to be used for defraying the expenses of training seminars and other educational projects benefiting county and circuit clerks in this state as set out in §§ 16-20-105 and 16-20-110 and § 26-60-101 et seq. Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1985, No. 65, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 2009, No. 480, § 3.
