(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund". (b) The Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund. Acts 1991, No. 1135, § 19; 1997, No. 1248, § 22.
