(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Fund". (b) The Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Fund shall consist of: (1) Those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund; (2) Such general revenue as transferred from the Behavioral Health Services Fund Account; (3) Federal reimbursement received on account of eligible expenditures; and (4) Other funds as may be provided by law.
