Juvenile Detention Facilities Operating Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Juvenile Detention Facilities Operating Fund". (b) The Juvenile Detention Facilities Operating Fund shall consist of moneys transferred from the Youth Services Fund Account of the Department of Human Services Fund. Acts 1989 (3rd Ex.
