(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Solid Waste Performance Bond Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of all forfeitures collected under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq., there to be used only to accomplish remedial action, including closure of lands covered by performance bonds forfeited under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq. Acts 1987, No. 928, § 3.
