State deemed self-insurer

For the purposes of this subchapter, the State of Arkansas shall be considered a self-insurer and shall be exempt from all fees and tax as such. Acts 1949, No. 462, § 7; 1951, No. 373, § 3; 1963, No. 521, § 1; 1979, No. 597, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-1407.
