(a) There is created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the "Workers' Compensation Revolving Fund". All sums appropriated by the General Assembly pursuant to this subchapter shall be deposited by the Treasurer of State to the account of the fund. (b) The Workers' Compensation Commission shall draw all vouchers against the fund in payment of awards made by it under this subchapter.
