Criminal background check

(a) The Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy shall forward fingerprints of each applicant for licensure to the Division of Arkansas State Police. (b) The division shall conduct a state and national criminal background check and provide the results of the criminal background check to the board. (c) The board shall use the results of the criminal background check when making licensure determinations. (d) Initial licensure under §§ 17-93-303 and 17-93-304 is conditioned upon a criminal background check. Added by Act 2019, No. 313,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
