Disclosure of personal information

(a) In reporting information to the coordinated database and reporting system under the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy may disclose personally identifiable information about a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, including the Social Security number of the individual. (b) The coordinated database and reporting system shall not share personally identifiable information with a state that is not a party to the compact unless the state agrees to not disclose that information to any other person.
