Certificate - Expiration and renewal

(a) Certificates of registration issued pursuant to this chapter are not transferable and shall expire on July 31 of each year. (b) A certificate of registration may be renewed without examination by making application for a certificate and paying the applicable fee. (c) As a condition for renewal of certificates of registration, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may require the person holding the certificate to complete a program of continuing education. (d) If any person issued a certificate of registration under this chapter shall fail to make application for renewal thereof within one (1) year after the expiration of the certificate of registration, the certificate of registration of the person shall be renewed only upon application, examination, and payment of the applicable fee plus a penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
