Certificate - Reciprocity

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may issue a certificate of registration to any person who: (1) Applies for such a certificate; (2) Pays the proper registration and testing fees; (3) Passes the applicable test; and (4) Holds a certificate of qualification or registration issued to him or her by proper authority in any state, territory, or possession of the United States or of any other country if: (A) The registration standard under which the certificate was issued is of a standard not lower than that specified by the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the commission promulgated pursuant to the provisions hereof; and (B) That particular state, territory, or possession of the United States or other country extends similar privileges to the persons registered under the provisions of this chapter.
