(a) If the Arkansas Real Estate Commission has reason to believe that a person has violated a provision of this chapter, the commission or its designee may bring an action in the circuit court of any county in which the person resides or does business to enjoin the person from continuing, engaging in, or doing any act or acts in furtherance of the violation. (b) In any action under this section, the circuit court of any county in which the person resides or does business may enter a preliminary injunction, a final injunction, or an order for any other appropriate relief.
