As used in this subchapter: (1) "Apprentice plumber" means any person other than a journeyman plumber or master plumber who is engaged in learning and assisting in the installation of plumbing and drainage and enrolled in a state-approved apprentice program; (2) "Board" means the Career Education and Workforce Development Board; and (3) [Repealed.] Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 473, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1987, No. 768, § 1; 1991, No. 412, § 1.
