(a) In carrying into effect this chapter, the State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists or its hearing examiner may compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of such books, records, and papers as may be required. For this purpose, the board or the hearing examiner, at the request of any party or on its own initiative, may issue a subpoena for any witness or a subpoena to compel the production of any books, records, or papers. (b) Subpoenas shall be issued and enforced in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. Acts 1987, No. 470, § 22; 1987, No. 701, § 23.
