(a) (1) The State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists shall cause to have prepared and shall adopt a code of professional conduct which shall be made known in writing to every registrant and applicant for registration under this chapter and which shall be published in the roster provided for in this chapter. (2) This publication shall constitute due notice to all registrants. (b) (1) The board may revise and amend this code of ethics from time to time.
