The Auctioneer's Licensing Board shall be financially self-sustaining, and, if funds permit, it may underwrite, within its financial limitations, educational programs for the enlightenment and benefit of the public and all auctioneers licensed under this chapter. Acts 1989, No. 266, § 6.
