Director - Disposition of funds

(a) All fees, charges, and penalties collected by the Auctioneer's Licensing Board under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the Director of the Auctioneer's Licensing Board, who shall be the custodian of all funds and shall deposit them into the State Treasury. (b) (1) The director shall manage and pay funds of the board subject to oversight by the Finance Division of the Department of Labor and Licensing. (2) The total expenses for all purposes and obligations of the board shall not exceed the total fees, charges, penalties, and other funds paid to the board under the provisions of this chapter. (c) The director shall make semiannual financial reports in detail to the board not later than January 30 and July 30 of each year, which will be kept on permanent file by the board.
