(a) The Secretary of the Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques shall keep a record of the minutes of its meetings and a record of all persons making application for license and the action of the Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques thereon. (b) The secretary shall also keep a record of the names, addresses, and license numbers of all acupuncturists licensed by the board, together with a record of license renewals, suspensions, and revocations.
